1. Introduction
Welcome to Golden Tourworld Travel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Guest") and Golden Tourworld Travel Group ("Golden Tourworld," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our platform, utilizing our concierge services, or booking a travel experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Our commitment is to provide an unparalleled level of service. These terms ensure that the integrity, security, and prestige of the Golden Tourworld network are maintained for all members.
2. Use of Services (Elite Membership)
Golden Tourworld services are reserved for registered members who have undergone our selective verification process. As an Elite Member, you are granted a non-transferable right to access our curated global itineraries and private concierge portal.
- Membership accounts are strictly individual and may not be shared.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials.
- We reserve the right to terminate access for any conduct that diminishes the brand's reputation or disrupts the experience of other members.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Deposit-First Policy
To secure exclusive properties and private aviation slots, a non-refundable commitment deposit of 30% of the total itinerary value is required at the time of reservation.
Final Settlement
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 60 days prior to the commencement of travel. Failure to settle may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
All transactions are processed through our secure, multi-currency encrypted gateway. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and digital asset settlements via authorized custodians.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property
All content included on the Golden Tourworld platform, such as text, bespoke travel graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Golden Tourworld or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The unique "Heritage Concierge" methodology and "Gold Tier" dashboard interface are proprietary trade secrets.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Golden Tourworld meticulously vets all partners, we act as an intermediary between members and third-party luxury providers (hotels, yacht charters, airlines). Golden Tourworld shall not be liable for:
- Acts of God, force majeure, or political instability.
- Personal injury or property damage sustained during third-party operated tours.
- Loss of profits or indirect, consequential damages arising from travel delays.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL ITINERARIES.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
